I foolishly decided to start my weight loss journey back in the summer. And lasted less than a week.
I was abit stressed out and not in the right frame of mind to commit fully to it. So as a New Year rolls round, along with my belly, I’m starting again – with a fresh mindset – and I’m going to document it all here.
I’ve meal planned my breakfast, lunch and dinners for the next couple of weeks – which I’m hoping will reduce our household food wastage as well as reduce our shopping bills – and will be sharing my meals (and steps – yep, who else got a Fitbit for Christmas?!) weekly to encourage me to keep it up and if it’s in the public domain I’ve got to keep it up right?
It’s like the fat shaming queue at Slimming World, except I’ll be saving myself £4.95 a week and potentially showing my highs and lows to hundreds of readers….
I will be weighing myself fortnightly and not stepping on for any sneak peeks inbetween.
