Following on from my favourite bloggers in August round up, I clearly bypassed September somehow – so here’s my October instalment of blogs that I’ve really enjoyed reading this month.
If you don’t already like, follow, comment or pin them – then go and check them out now!
Gym, Gin and Giant Tantrums
I discovered Chernice’s blog a few months ago when her page popped up on Instagram, which is a miracle in itself the way those damn algorithms are working at the mo, she was also the first person to win one of my Prosecco Prints for her gorgeous little boy, Noah, and upon posting it I discovered she only lived a few miles away in Southampton. Small world!
Over on her blog you’ll find posts about her little boy Noah, days out and wedding planning for a very imminent wedding of which I’ve enjoyed stalking the Instagram pics for the hen do!
I also enjoy reading, and salivating over, the weekly Slimming World recipe ideas that she shares. Now all I need to do is get my (fat) ass in gear and actually replicate them.
You can follow Chernice over on Instagram and her blog here
Em & Me
Laura guest posted for me recently, and I loved finding out more about her and her parenting pet peeves and her journey into the big, bad blogging world!
Mum to 10 month old Emily, Laura’s blog features her monthly goals, days out, baby fashion and her breastfeeding journey.
I particularly enjoy reading the activities posts that Laura writes and captures – working in a nursery before Emmy arrived, Laura is so good at setting up different themes and topics and just letting gorgeous little Em get messy and mucky. I read in awe thinking there’s no way my house or my kids are getting that dirty!
She’s also got a pet dwarf hamster called Robin who I think totally deserves her own IG grid.
You can find Laura over on all the socials Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and her blog.
Charlotte, mama to Molly and girlfriend to Liam, is another blogger that I am really enjoying reading at the moment. She was on fire in October with all of her posts!
A dab hand behind the camera, Lottie’s blog post photography and Instagram grid is gorgeous too. So even if you don’t end up reading her monthly Molly updates, activity and play, mental health and travel posts – it’s worth popping over for the pics alone…or her obsession with Disney, Hocus Pocus and Mean Girls?
Charlotte recently did a guest post interview for me and you can read that here after you’ve checked her out over on her blog, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Feathering the Empty Nest
Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you’ll probably be familiar with Elle Wright and #teddyslegacy – her blog (and her recently published book ‘Ask Me His Name’) is a personal story all about the devastating loss of her son Teddy who sadly died of complex complications at just three days old.
Over on her blog, you will find heartfelt and emotional words about Teddy and her hopes for children to one day fill her nest, her nest being a gorgeous house that she has stylishly decorated into a beautiful cosy home, lifestyle and fashion blogs.
Her Instagram is more of the same – gorgeous images of her home, Boris the super pug and photos of her super stylish look.
You can find Elle here and here.
