After bingeing for the last 10 months, it’s finally crept up on me, so I’m getting a headstart on my ‘fit at 40’ healthy living challenge. No more cookies, doughnuts and muffins for breakfast and no more gorging on share bags of crisps. I shudder at the thought.
I plan to publish my weekly food plans to not only give others some ideas of how to mix up their mealtimes but also to help me keep on track and go back to some of the good ones.
It will be slightly Slimming World inspired – but I won’t be attending group. I’m going to weigh every Friday at 8.30am at home; I’ll also be having the ‘weekends off’ as I find without cheat days to look forward to, it’s soul destroying. I will be being more mindful what goes in, but I won’t be recording it.
I’ve decided to start this journey on the 24th September to give me exactly three months to showcase my new washboard abs and slender pins in my Mother Claus outfit…
